Mrs. Kotts was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of Woodland Hills High School and received her Bachelors of Arts from Allegheny College. She has been graced with a loving husband and two wonderful little boys; one of whom is on the autism spectrum. During her infrequent down time, Mrs. Kotts enjoys gardening, reading, nature walks, and trying her best to cook.
