Mrs. Smail has been a para professional at Spectrum since 2002. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is married with three sons and recently gained a wonderful daughter-in -law. When she is not at Spectrum, she works as a Therapeutic Support Staff with two young men. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and reading.
